Liability for content

The content of our pages has been put together with the greatest of care. However, we cannot provide any guarantee that the content is accurate, complete and up to date. As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages as per §7, paragraph 1 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG) in accordance with the general laws. However, as a service provider, and in accordance with §8–§10 TMG, we are not obliged to monitor any transmitted or saved third-party information or to investigate circumstances that point towards illegal activity. Obligations arising from the general laws to remove or to block the use of information are unaffected by this. Any liability in such matters, however, only becomes possible if we receive knowledge of a specific infringement of the law. This content will be immediately removed upon discovery of any such infringements.

Liability for links

Our service contains links to external third-party websites over the content of which we do not exert any influence. For this reason, we are also unable to accept any liability for this third-party content. The supplier or operator of the websites is always responsible for the content of the linked webpages. At the time the link was created, the linked sites were checked for possible infringements and no unlawful content was apparent at this time. However, without any concrete indication of an infringement of the law, it is not reasonable to carry out recurrent checks on the content of the linked webpages. We will remove such links immediately upon discovery of any infringements.

The content and works compiled on these pages by the website operator are subject to German copyright law. The reproduction, processing, distribution and use of any kind outside the limits of copyright law require the written permission of the author or creator. Downloads and copies of these pages are permitted only for private, non-commercial use. Insofar as any content on these pages was not created by the operator, all third-party copyrights are observed. In particular, third-party content is identified as such. If, despite these precautions, you should become aware of a copyright violation, please notify us of this. We will remove such content immediately upon discovery of any infringements.

If any personal data is collected on our website (such as name, address or e-mail address), this is always on a voluntary basis, wherever possible. This data is never passed on to third parties without your express permission.
